Spam Folder (a.k.a. Bulk Folder): Folder where emails are delivered away from the

inbox, or other designated receipt folder, often without the intended recipients

knowledge. This is your email system's effort to protect you from receiving spam email,

but can often prevent you from receiving valid email from known senders.

Delivery rules such as number of emails sent by the server, IP or the individual will

determine if an email gets filed in the spam folder. Also, email recipients can click on the

"This is Spam" button, or link, causing emails from that sender to be placed into the

spam folder on future sends.
