CF_ComboBox creates a combination dropdown and text input box.

Attributes

Attribute Name	Required	Data Type	Notes
TYPE	no	string	Specifies the type of combo box. Can be "simple", "lookup", or "combo". Default is "simple".
NAME	yes	string	The name of the form field
SIZE	no	string	Specifies the size of the input in characters. Same as the size attribute in an
WIDTH	no	string	Sets the width of the input in pixels. Same as the width style in an .
VALUE	no	string	Sets the initial text of the input.
TEXTFIELD	no	string	Used with type="combo", sets the field to store the current text.
SELECTFIELD	no	string	Used with type="combo", sets the form field to store the selected option's value.
