Hotfix available for url completion bug in IE

Press the spacebar or Enter to complete urls

A hotfix is available for the url completion bug in IE SP1, but the hotfix was not included in SP2 for Windows XP.

Check Windows update for Q827057.

You may have a problem installing this if you've installed other updates since SP1, as your browser version will be too high. To get around this, extract the zip for this update and place dhtmled.ocx in /Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/Triedit

Microsoft has indicated in it's knowlege base article concerning this issue that you may want to wait until the hotfix is tested further and added to a future update if adding a space or enter is not too inconvenient.
