According to a recent study by Jupiter Research one the top concerns of Executives in 2005 is Email Deliverability. Delivery, into an inbox, is a critical business necessity. Each email not delivered is a lost opportunity and lost revenue. Return Path reported in March 2005 that 22% of all email did not reach an inbox.
XM Mail Server incorporated the first ever auto-seeding technology empowering the ability to work with 3rd party seeding firms such as Pivotal Veracity. The total package is far more effective than would be the case if their services were implemented with twenty-year-old email server technology. By automatically determining where your seed list should be deployed, XMS removes the challenge of evenly seeding your list throughout campaigns. XMS calculates when the seed list should be deployed and initiates that usage.
XM Mail Server takes seeding one step further by allowing managers to pause any further campaigns to a specific ISP/domain. It is unproductive, and costly, to continue to attempt to send email to ISP's with whom you are experiencing delivery problems. Once the problem is corrected you may resume delivery to that ISP.
XM Mail Server also seeds transactional, customer service or other types of email communications ensuring all email is delivered. It does this by allowing you to specify the number of emails sent and when that number is reached XM Mail Server deploys seed messages. It then notifies you by email that a seed was sent. You then log into the seed report to verify messages reach targeted email recipients.
"Just thought I would drop you guys a quick note and say "Thank you!" for all
the work and effort put into our bulk mail infrastructure. I am happy to
say that we sent around 850,000 messages today between 9 - 5 without an
issue or a complaint from any of our clients! I am confident that even
as the holidays approach and this volume will increase that we will finally
be able to handle this without a hitch.
Thanks again and keep up the good work!"
